Do you have forward head posture?

We often we see a loss of the cervical curve as demonstrated in the x-ray on the right.

When the curve of the neck begins to move away from normal it stretches and strains all the components of the muscular, vascular, and nervous system.

Our entire spine will adapt, bend, and twist in a variety of different ways to compensate for what’s going on in your neck. If a problem in this area remains uncorrected, the spine will never function optimally!
