Success story of the week!

Before I came to the chiropractor my life was being affected both financially and socially. I was in a lot of pain so I was unable to work extra hours and I was losing out on overtime. On the rugby pitch I didn’t have the confidence to take and give big tackles and I’d definitely lost my speed. I play full back so this is key. I couldn’t go out after the match with the lads which was also a blow. I used to think about my back all the time.

At the age of 18 I had a shoulder injury and I broke my leg on the pitch and from then on everything seemed to go. I recently took a big tackle in the lower back region which left me in a lot of pain. I saw a physio at the club but progress seemed slow so I decided to try the chiropractor.

After my first adjustment I was a bit stiff to start with but after two weeks under care I noticed I wasn’t cramping up and I was moving better.

Now I feel much better, I’m standing more upright. I was talking with my girlfriend and I definitely feel much healthier. I work outside a lot and I don’t seem to be getting as many colds as before. It’s helped a lot with my weight training. During shoulder press it would cramp up – I used to avoid it. Now I do it 3 times a week.

My games are much better and I’m playing for the first team. I’ve got my confidence back, my tackling is much better, I’ve definitely got my speed back and I’m a lot sharper. I had a neck injury playing a match just before my progress exam and after the adjustment it felt much better.

I definitely recommend chiropractic care to people. Give it a try and have a bit of patience because you’ll see the benefits – and it’s a nice feeling.
